Arbur Solutions is a boutique consulting company that specializes exclusively in Utilization Review (UR) for behavioral health facilities.
We are not a billing company, and that distinction is intentional.
While many UR services are bundled into broader billing operations, we believe that UR requires focused attention. It plays a critical role in maintaining authorizations, preserving length of stay, and protecting your census. These responsibilities are most effective when managed by a team deeply engaged with the clinical context of your program.
Arbur was founded by a husband-and-wife team with hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare operations. Our small, hand-picked team brings more than 20 years of combined experience in utilization review and healthcare billing systems. We have supported organizations across a variety of acuity levels and program structures, including ASAM 4.0, mental health RTC, and substance use treatment centers.
Although we do not perform billing ourselves, we have thorough expertise in how it intersects with UR. We leverage a third-party billing consultant to offer seamless collaboration and support. Our UR services are designed to complement any billing structure, and we are highly experienced in working alongside various systems and vendors to deliver consistent results.

We keep real-time census tracking, submit authorizations, handle peer reviews and appeals, and give you daily updates. We also provide training and feedback when documentation needs improvement.
